1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ru99 platform and all services operated under it. By registering on ru99 or beginning to use the services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using ru99's services. These Terms may be changed at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on ru99, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false information may result in the account being cancelled and deposited funds being forfeited.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, ru99 reserves the right to close all accounts and cancel all bonuses.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the ru99 support team immediately. The account holder is personally responsible for all activity conducted through the account.

3.4 Identity Verification

ru99 may request documents necessary for identity verification at any time. The right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete is reserved.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on ru99:

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500 — the same limit applies for each method.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

For fully verified accounts, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase in special circumstances or when additional verification is required.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Depositing from another person's account or mobile number is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is confirmed, the account may be immediately closed and the funds forfeited without being returned.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳18,000 or more, the bonus will be a maximum of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus funds only, not the deposit. For example: a bonus of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period, which will be stated in the offer details.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are completed.
• ru99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time, unless specifically permitted in the offer's terms.
• If betting patterns that could exploit bonus benefits are detected (e.g., opposing bets, exclusively low-risk bets), the bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.

6 VIP & Loyalty Program

ru99's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Progression through tiers is based on regular play. ru99 reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms, and members will be notified of any changes in due course.

7 Permitted & Prohibited Activities

7.1 Permitted Use

The ru99 platform may be used for personal entertainment. All gaming and betting activities must be conducted in accordance with the established rules.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or hacking attempts on the platform.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Colluding with other users to defraud the system.
• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Using or reproducing ru99's intellectual property without permission.
• Knowingly exploiting technical errors to gain funds — in such cases, all winnings obtained will be cancelled.

7.3 Consequences of Violations

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action if necessary.

8 Game & Betting Rules

All gaming and betting activities conducted on ru99 are operated impartially. A verifiable method is used in each game to ensure fair play.

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by the system and are not predetermined.
• Once a game has started, it is not possible to change or cancel a bet.
• For games interrupted due to technical errors, ru99 will conduct a proper investigation and provide a fair resolution.
• For sports betting, official results will be considered final.
• ru99 reserves the right to cancel or suspend any bet if suspicious betting patterns are detected.
